Avenue One is dedicated to bringing home staging and interior design services to realtors, home owners and developers on Vancouver Island, B.C.
Formed by a husband and wife team, Avenue One is established in Interior Design, styling, photography, furniture selection services sales, construction and project management. With over a decade of knowledge, they combined their interests to offer clients a unique level of design and award-winning customer service experience.

Sharon is able to bring an enhanced cohesive style to her clients, earning her distinction as a Master Stylist through her commitment to growth and excellence. Sharon has studied at Blanche Macdonald Centre, completed a diploma in Business & Marketing Management from BCIT and became a graduate of the Interior Design Institute. In 2008 Sharon founded her multi-award winning business, Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry, offering a variety of luxury services, from beauty design to professional photo shoots. With 15 years of success in the beauty industry, photography, styling and fashion, the transition into luxury home staging and interior design came naturally to Sharon.
Kal’s years of experience as a Business Development Manager and Mortgage Specialist developed his invaluable understanding of the real estate market, and how to maximize potential for his clients. Kal’s passion for renovations inspired him to project manage and design many successful renovation projects and new builds. Having owned and managed rental properties for over a decade, he is able to provide clients with unique strategies to maximize profits by understanding what buyers are looking for on a personal level. From all his experience and training, he has become an expert in blinds and window coverings, regularly working to assist clients with selection and installation of custom blinds and made to order blinds.

Our Team at Avenue One offers professional blinds selection and installation, specific to enhancing your space. Following the completion of the design process, we offer of clients professional high-definition photography services for vacation rental properties, new build and staged properties.
Over the years, our services have evolved and expanded beyond the scope of Interior Design, Home Staging and Vacation Rental Furnishings to meet the needs of Victoria’s growing market. As property managers ourselves, we know there are many steps in the home design process. We wanted to make it as simple as possible for our clients by offering wrap-around service that cover every aspect of not only design, but marketing as well.
