We choose from a variety of styles: Scandanavian, Coastal, Rustic or Modern Minimalist decor, carefully selecting a style that compliments the atmosphere of each home.
As part of the staging design process we combine our own in-house collection of signature Avenue One designer furnishings with specially ordered custom pieces. Our team offers a full staging experience, or a partial, lived-in stage for clients who are supplying part of the furniture. The Avenue One team is known for continuously exploring modern trends to design homes with a warm and inviting atmosphere that appeals to our clients target demographic. Having worked alongside realtors, property managers and private owners staging their properties we are skilled at designing a welcoming and functional space that entices future buyers.
It is entirely up to our client how involved they would like to be in the home staging process. If you choose a more hands on approach, we offer furniture selection services for clients toparticipate in the design process, alongside our Interior Designer.
We take the extra step by extending our furniture selection services the option to buyers and renters of purchasing furniture and décor.
