The Avenue One team works closely with clients to accommodate their desires while offering their professional opinion. We assess each new home and rental property to optimize the space before creating a furniture layout, specific to maximizing the property and enhancing what it has to offer. We carefully choose from a variety of styles: Scandanavian, Coastal, Rustic or Modern Minimalist decor, selecting a style that compliments the atmosphere of each home and matches the clients design preferences.
All of our furniture is custom ordered by our Interior Stylist to enhance each room, with hand-selected décor that compliment the furnishing and walls. At Avenue One, we will ensure every aspect of furniture, décor and design for your new home or property rental is taken care of. We extend the option to our clients to outfit the entire home, including kitchen appliances, cutlery, linens, soaps, stocked bathrooms, outdoor furnishings for patio and yard space, making it immediately available for move-in.
For a larger scope of service, work with us to define your style and set a budget—then our team will take over. You can choose to be as involved as you’d like along the way. We offer furniture selection services allowing you to view dozens of options of furniture and décor from our luxury furniture retailer with the assistance of the Avenue One Interior Designer.
